In an interview Smokie Norful shared the story behind “I Need You Now”. Norful stated, “I was desperate, because I had gone through a season. I had nobody else to call on and depend on, but God. That allowed for the opportunities of miracles to be manifested. There are a lot of stories and a lot of testimonies that I can tell. It all boils down to one key component, one common denominator and that’s just that God is faithful. He is faithful in all circumstances and situations.
